If you’ve been following our Instagram, you will know that we spent our bank holiday weekend soaking up the sun in Noosa.
Noosa is one of our favourite Sunshine Coast destinations with its laidback vibe, palm fringed beaches and incredible National Park.
We spent the weekend topping up our tans, hiking in the Noosa Heads National Park and cooling off in the crystal clear waters – bliss!
In typical fashion, when we were finished with our beach-based activities we didn’t head back to a fancy hotel room or plush apartment, it was back to our trusty tent. We wouldn’t have it any other way…
We managed to find an absolute gem of a campsite at the Noosa foreshore, tucked behind the Noosa River. The scout ground campsite was half the price of the fancy resort-style caravan parks and was run by the friendliest folks in town!
One of our favourite campsites we’ve stayed in during our time Down Under was another scout-ground in Tasmania, so we can confirm that they live up to their reputation of being camping-gurus.
Ryan even impressed the owners with his own camping prowess and managed to earn himself some scout badges and become an honorary member of the Noosa Sea Scouts.
Who ever said dreams don’t come true!
